    I have worked in healthcare for several years. My time with Peak, thus far, has been wonderful. High-energy management team, out-of-the-box thinkers, and a great support team.

    New onboarding program is in early phases.

    I have been working at Peak Health Solutions full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    This position has allowed me to learn and grow professionally. I have performed a variety of duties that has given me more insight and knowledge of accounting and supervising. The benefits and compensation are fair. The organization has a nitch in the market and has taken a proactive approach to future prospects.

    The company is restructuring and moving the corporate office which means I will eventually lose my job.

    Solid communications between Operations and Shared Services needs improvment.

    Management does not micro-manage. Flexible scheduling, open to suggestions.

    On the job training, not provided by trainers. Learn as you go.

    use educators to construct a 2-3 day training specific to the site new employees are working for

    Hourly pay competitive. Friendly coders. Friendly call center workers. Chance to work independently.

    Cons

    Work load not as promised. Not many hours per week. Very disorganized call center. Managers disorganized. No one seems to know what is going on. They dont care about their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep your promises. Educate your managers and call center employees. Give a little appreciation to your hard working employees.

    Total lack of communication; executives quick to say "that's below my pay grade". Training basically non-existent.

    Competitive pay scale and initial communication with human resources to complete new hire paperwork was efficient.

    Cons

    Lack of consistent work, lack of communication between managers and employees.

    Pros

    pay rate 13.50/hr to start, flexible schedule, allowed to dress down on fridays, plenty of overtime if you meet quota, senior manager brought lunch and offered incentives.

    Cons

    Not organized, no thorough training, management not helpful, no benefits, training length not long enough, material is not explained well, management not open to helpful suggestions.
