    Pros

    Hiring in all 3 states.

    Cons

All of the desk telephones in the 3 states are supplied out of the California Office & they do not work very well at all - maybe out-of-date phones.

I have been working at Pearl Therapeutics full-time

    Pros

Never bored, exciting environment with great things happening. Good, competent people to work with. Working quickly to get respiratory drugs approved for COPD and asthma. Feel like you are making an impact on people and patients. Management has strong experience and technical ability to make the company move forward and the company is the size to get it done quickly.

    Cons

Need to update their website, a lot of accomplishments being missed on-line.

    Pros

Start up environment and nice people working here.

    Cons

They don't sponsor work visas even for people they've hired. There's a nonexistent HR presence and the pay in CA is only 15% above the NC office, even though the cost of living is much higher. It's a churn and burn environment for most people working here. They don't conduct exit interviews to find out why people are leaving. Perhaps they don't care about the people who work here?

    Advice to Management

Start talking to employees and find out what's going on!

I have been working at Pearl Therapeutics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good people to work with, some of the management will stand up for their employees. New facilities. Good opportunities to grow within the company when you can find them.

    Cons

No HR department. Does not match average industry salaries. Does not offer employees many extra incentives. No culture whatsoever. Pay increases are minimal even with good year-end reviews.

    Advice to Management

HR/Recruiting need another overhaul. Be more competitive with salaries.
