    I worked at Peerless Insurance full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    If you find the right person, HR can be very good, with work problems or personal problems.

    Cons

    As the weekly hours are 35, and management decided that no one should work more than 1 hour a day, it was impossible to get paid overtime, which felt a bit sneaky to me, as our department, especially after a public holiday, had a lot of catch-up work to do.

    Advice to Management

    Sometimes it felt that there was too much management in some areas, and not enough in others.

    Drive to work was horrible.

    They supplied the tools to ensure the job would get done and set the employee up for success.

    Cons

    Liberty Mutual took the tools away.

    Advice to Management

    In order to achieve success in the work place, from employee satisfaction to the bottom line, provide your employees with the tools and support they need to be successful.
