“No opportunities for advancement or increase in salary”
I have been working at Peerless Steel
Pros – People are nice but it doesn't make up for the lack of salary or opportunites that you might find in a larger company.
Cons – No regular performance reviews given so you really don't know if they are satisfied with your work. Only a chosen few move on to better positions.
Advice to Senior Management – Career paths need to be established, yearly review process instituted and goals should be established and clear so you understand what is expected of you.
