I have been working at Pegatron full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

You can learn some useful skills. There are got people working they're, just not in the higher positions.

    Cons

Bosses treat you like children, talk down to you. All the higher ups get huge bonuses , while you, who does all the grunt work, gets crap. Bonuses are promised then taken away with no explanation. Not allowed to have fun or talk without getting stared at and watched. When the bosses don't like you, they will do everything in their power to fire you. Countless contradiction. No one knows what they're doing. Terrible company with no future. No promotions. Not able to interview for promotions. No raises. Low pay. They won't respect you. One of the bosses (Glory) said last winter during the polar vortex, "I don't care if they get in a wreck on the way to work we're not shutting down". They don't care about anyone but themselves. The CEO got a $750,000 Christmas bonus last year. Know what I got? $200. Thanks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give raises, and promote people internally rather than getting more people off the boat from China.

I worked at Pegatron full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

There are none but it's a paycheck

    Cons

Must take 2 calls in the call center even if the second call doesn't get answered. Idiot team leads running around telling you to get in to 2 calls when they do not answer even one call. Not enough training. Calls are sent to people that cannot answer the customers questions.

I worked at Pegatron full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

You will learn motherboards, wireless and other components

    Cons

No Training, only on how to use company software (A week) Then your off to the races. No Professionalism, Management acts like we are at a football game rather a job. Days can and will be shifted. You will have a hard time getting hired on by the temp service. Take two calls everyone. Too much micro management for a small call center

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Good luck, your going to need it.

    Pros

great place for entry level, you will learn some hard experiences of life..
