    Is it worth it?

Team Member (Current Employee) Indianapolis, IN

ProsThey try to work with you if you prove that you are worth your weight.

ConsThere are some Managers that feel that it is okay to call the employees names and gossip to customers about the employees. That is both unethical and rude not to mention unprofessional..

Advice to Senior ManagementStop name calling and if you have something to say to someone then take them in the back away from other people and talk to them and not everyone else. Also teach the assistant managers that it is not alright to talk about the employees to other employees an customers.
