I worked at PeopleSupport as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

Incentives. New experience especially for someone like me. It ventures out your ability to interact with people especially those that are of different nationalities. And it also tests your attitude, whether or not you can withstand your workload.

    Cons

Since my employment here is contractual and because we were given different range of schedules after the training thus the salary range would be variable for each one.

    Pros

Beautiful environment, fast processing of application. On time pay out.

    Cons

Politics. One needs to be careful dealing with their supervisor, the relationship with them will make promote or demote you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make ways and time to listen to agents. There are the front liners who provides revenue to the company. Middle management manipulates.
