    Some good some disfunction

ProsBenefits are better than competitive, Most people are pleseant to work with. Upper Management seems to be engaged with employees.

ConsNo global work from home policy so some people are able to and others are not. As a company providing a critical public service you will be expected to work during adverse weather conditions.
