    Reduced benefits for retirees, no dental plan or a cost of living increase in 15 years for all former employees

    Great people below the Management level. Good benefits if you have been there awhile.

    Pay isn't that great, management doesn't communicate truthfully, promotion doesn't come from within unless you know someone.
