    Pros

Intelligent people, good pay, environment that fosters personal growth. One of my favorite parts of this University is its ability to bring out the best in people

    Cons

Issues with the ability to climb the corporate ladder within the University. Once you choose a department, expect to be stuck working there for a long time before you are able to move up

    Pros

very nice, compassionate colleagues; smart, respectful students; don't actively persecute believing Christians as is typical at most all secular universities

members of the Church of Christ have many special privileges; most of administration tends to be politically conservative

    Pros

Amazing co workers, good benefits, time off, values of the university are implemented in work environments which can help with difficult situations that may be handled unethically elsewhere.

    Cons

There are some challenges surrounding growth opportunities and options to switch between departments. Many employees I knew that have been working there for years have difficult switching positions/attaining higher positions.

    Advice to Management

Have a more structured plan for growth and development for all employees to reduce turnover.
