    Good product line, strong sales channel, good supporting personnel

    Cons

    Secretive management. Little to no communication. Use of intimidation instead of motivation for day to day employee management.

    Pros

    Good colleagues, stress free environment, knock off on time, a very stable company.

    Cons

    Bad benefits (especially medical), short lunch time (have to clock-in/out for lunch break), low salary.

    Pros

    - Nice and friendly colleagues
    - Able to work in a slow and relaxing pace without much pressure (except shipment date)
    - Simple technology which even poorly technical skill Engineer is able to perform above average
    - Flexi-hours within a certain time period
    - Nice facilities and clean working environment

    Cons

    - Poor Pay and Benefits
    - Long official working hours (> 8hours)
    - Secretive Management Style
    - No incentive for good/top performance (Difference between good and normal is very small margin)
    - Promotion not due to skills or competence, more on ball-licking and where you come from (Europe)
    - Does not want to hear any negative/constructive feedback, only want to hear the good stuffs
    - Management team is too young or incompetence (Both soft and hard skills)
    - No equal opportunity for all employees (Favoritism is practiced heavily)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Look at your work force and put those with the correct skills and knowledge in the correct position, even if you don't like them.
    Don't promote favoritism as it will dampen morale for those good performers.
    More training on how to be a competence manager, especially soft skills.

    for me no downsides, because they treat me very well. especially my smt department.

    im hoping that they will hired a filipino workers on their production. especially in production operator service. almost they hired are malaysian, singaporean and chinese why not to try a filipino workers. filipino are very hard working. thank you.

    nothing, because when i worked in pepperl+fuchs it was an internship program. it was a good company.
