I have been working at Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of NY full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefits that are given to you are very helpful. The salary is pretty competitive compared to other jobs. You get paid holidays and vacation weeks that increase as your seniority level increases.

    Cons

It is very loud and sometimes dirty. With all the renovations, it can be a pain sometimes to maneuver through the factory comfortably.

I have been working at Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of NY full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

As you get better at your job the perks disappear and the up your a** starts coming out to drive you away to avoid paying a pension for retirement.

    Cons

Work 60+ hours a week and must do about 29 stops a day in 9 and a half hours which is impossible, but these 20 year old college graduates that have never done the job will question you to death why you did not get it done. They will pull out the power genitalia and write you up for anything, you will have to call your Union rep constantly to stop them from braking The Union Contract.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We are all on the same boat. By poking a whole under an employees seat we will all eventually sink. The work environment is the most stressful I've worked in and the management could not be any more incompetent if they just were death, dumb, and blind. Please hire people who have done the job as management so management could manage, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
