Details
Pros
Fun product to sell. Good place to start a career. Never boring. Pay is above average for similar companies in the area. Decent benefits. Matching 401k.
Cons
Not a lot of opportunities for advancement, once in management. All positions are required to work extra hours around all major holidays. Union shop, which can make simple day to day tasks, very difficult.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop worrying about "checking boxes" and fill open positions with the most qualified candidates.
