Pros

They have a very good benefits program, and being the Pepsi guy gives you some sort of pride when your out and about

Cons

Very poor communication between management and front line employees. Another big con is that you get absolutely no positive feedback when you do something good. Only get talked to when you end up doing something that is wrong.
Pay isn't as near as much as it should be. Working 50 to 60 hours a week really takes a toll on your body, however we don't get compensated correctly for doing so day in and day out

Advice to Senior Management

Need to be more effective when communicating to both us front line employees, as well as the local management guys.
