    Pros

    Great management, great benefited

    Cons

Hard to move up in the company, they use SAP so you don't get the chance to gain extra technical skills. Yearly reviews are a joke ( constant excuses why you don't get good ratings - always they say that they don't have the budget)

    Advice to Management

Advice to management ? They can't do too much when Indra nooyi wants the stock to hit $120. It's like holding a gun to the head

    Pros

Great opportunities for career growth for those with job and location flexibility. Good leadership, vision and communication. You'll be surrounded by top talent working on good projects.

    Cons

Like most big companies benefits continue to decline with increased costs. Phasing out pension, eliminated 401K match, eliminate ESOP and medical costs climbing.

    Pros

established brands, large organization with allows for you to touch on different type of businesses

    Cons

crazy long hours, useless HR, lots of politics in middle management who don't care about associates' career development, lots of people that are not genuine, stab you on the back or take credit to get to the top. you don't get evaluated by your work or performance, but more who you know and who like you

    Advice to Management

focus on performance rather than favoritism or who you like more. just did a huge re-org that got rid of lots of middle level work force, people are super unhappy and that caused high turn-over. indra nooyi got a huge raise in 2015 from the published salary, but most of that comes from the layoff savings.

    Pros

Company values are second to none, benefits too. The portfolio practically sells itself, which helps to make your job easy and fun.

    Cons

Over the last few years the organization has gotten noticeably leaner, which is not a bad thing for the bottom line but hurts the opportunities to move up.
