Good Starter Company but has a lot of opportunities

District Sales Leader (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsFlex Schedule, Recruit from college into a Management Role (right away)

ConsPromotability based on performance does not exist. Salary and Bonus Checks are awful based on how much you make in a quarter for the company. Upper Management fails to set you up for success in your career. Company forgets about giving back to frontline team on occasion.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn how to appreciate your frontline staff and DSL's more. Promotability should be based on performance and not on looks or who you know.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
