Pros
Easy going, casual work environment balanced with folks who are serious and care about their future.
Cons
Top leadership is not steering he company toward new markets or new business opportunities as aggressively as they should. There is a network of longer standing employees who appear to be too comfortable. Perhaps they lack the ability to adapt in taking the technologies Perceptron offers into adjacent market opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management
Re-examine willingness to take risk and move the traditional (automotive) side of the business toward new markets. Get the people you need in the organization to do this.
