Current Employee – been working at Perfect Output LLC
Pros – Friendly relaxed environment, Good Benefits, and Salary. Management is flexible and allows a good work/life balance. All employees work well with each other.
Cons – Small company that has received large corporate accounts has started acting like a large corporation. Some of the culture from that account has carried over to the company.
Advice to Senior Management – Instead of thinking with the corporate mindset that of throwing money at a problem to go away we need to think of creative in-house solutions.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Former Employee – worked at Perfect Output LLC full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great health care benefits for single person. Educational opportunities available. Looks like everything is nice on the surface. Great employee dinners.
Cons – No communication with upper management and others. Very much show them this even if we can't do it or don't know how to do it by the time they figure out we can't do it right, the contract will be signed.
Advice to Senior Management – Talk to your employees.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
