    I have been working at Performance Team full-time

    Pros

    Flexibility, Great Management, Upper Management very concerned about family life of employees and creating a work-life balance. HR Department very responsive to employees concerns.

    Cons

    Lack of training management should consider a standard training program for new hires. This will give employees a better understanding of role and help with getting familiar with system and processes. Medical Benefits are not good very expensive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Company should put into place a leadership program where employees may learn different roles and advance through the company.

    Pros

    Good for an entry level candidate
    Work for the operations side of business, much better than the corporate side of the business
    Working for the Finance team is great!

    Cons

    Horrible senior management
    Unprofessional HR department
    High turnover
    Do not work for the accounting team, lots of disorganization
    Young inexperienced CFO and Controller on team

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Act professional with employees, and do not allow the CFO to discriminate against employees on staff. Try to build a better team, then currently in place.

    IT Manager is the best

    Bad benefits and working inside a warehouse.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take care of your employees. Better benefits. Buy better equipment for better return on investment. Salary increase is very minimal.
