    Easy, management was lacking

    Server (Former Employee)
    Millville, NJ

Prosthe menu was easy to learn, and the job was overall, easy. Enough training.

Consmanagement had absolutely no hold on what was going on, but I believe that was just the location I was at. The discount isn't worth anything

Advice to Senior Managementkeep a closer eye on what each of the stores is up to

    Friendly Management and Co-Workers
    Sense of Belonging
    Warm Atmosphere

    ConsNo Opportunity for Growth

Doesn't matter how hard working you are, you will never be appreciated.

    Server (Former Employee)
    Cincinnati, OH

    ProsGreat money, great regulars (sometimes)

ConsConstantly understaffed, no one appreciates how much work you do, many people don't work very hard and no one says anything about it.

Advice to Senior ManagementAppreciate your employees.

Hard job but good money for not having a college degree

    Server (Current Employee)
    Houghton, MI

ProsDuring busy period you can make quite a bit of money but the slow period really hurts and can last through most of November and December. Management is fair for the most part but there are definitely favorites. You are responsible for making your own money - if you give good service you make more.

ConsCustomers can be extremely rude and impatient at times. Cooks can be slow and do not care how it affects the rest of the employees. Very high turnover rate makes it difficult to have a staff of competent servers.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake the time to train staff. Fix issues in the kitchen - this is a team job and their actions do affect everyone.

It's was neither good or bad.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Billings, MT

ProsThere was a decent atmosphere. The managers were competent and were able to do their jobs well. Time off was given as needed.

ConsMany severs were extremely dissatisfied with their jobs, sometimes lowering the overall morale. Almost no opportunities for advancement. I eventually left for a different job with better pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementSomething needs to be done for the servers. All of them have had previous jobs and all of them said that it was the worst paying job that they have ever had.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
