No answers for being unexpectedly let go

Associate Manager (Former Employee) Appleton, WI

ProsThe employees, quick advancement opportunities, benefits

ConsWage freezes, investors/ corporate is ran by suits behind a desk, bankrupt. Fired me after 11 years, on the phone, for an HR issue, which I made the claim on and took them 3 weeks to investigate. My only witness happened to be on vacation out of country that week.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you make too much money for the dwindling guest counts, starting looking for employment elsewhere or they will fire you for any little thing to bring in someone else who won't drive up the labor percent.

    Shite

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsFor the most part it is laid back. It is alright to be late if it is not busy between the time you were supposed to be there and the time you actually get there.

ConsThere was no sense of accountability. Management was misinformed and unorganized. Playing favorites and sharing personal information was everyday standard operating procedure.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
