Friendly working environment, a lot of new hires, and recent company makeover

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsEveryone is friendly and active about the work place. There are some specific people that take the time to explain to you what you're doing and not just handing you work. The pay is okay, but I'd rather take a little less and learn more. Also great location.

ConsSome of the higher ups are self indulged or not outwardly helpful unless you keep asking and make it obvious. Some elitist and too new to know how to move up here. Also, overpriced vending machines.

Advice to Senior ManagementSome more time taken to explain the structure of the company because there is still some confusion.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

ConsStudios would rather look to outside talent when hiring rather than relocate/transfer existing talent in the firm.

ConsManagement makes every decision in a panic and as if only now matters. Like I said, it's always too much work or not enough and it's always due yesterday
