I have been working at Perot Systems full-time for more than a year

Pros – lot of good projects to work. good onsite exposure & opportunities. good work ambiance and environment

Cons – lagging coordination sometimes other wise all's fine

Advice to Senior Management – a little proactive involvement in being more employee friendly.

Pros – - Flexible timings (depend upon project and manager)
- Good building

Cons – - Lazy Managers
- Pathetic Admin, Payroll, HR and Support staff
- Not employee friendly

Advice to Senior Management – - Please be more employee friendly

Pros – Based on the project you are given work from home.
Flexible timings.

Cons – Redundant work. Daily will be do the same kind of work .
No development projects in India.
Management/company do not have any career progression plan. So manager pets get the promotions.
Yearly appraisal system is not proper.

. Nice campus.. again... things are changing..
. Was a fun place to work.. things are changing..
. All Perks removed...

Cons – . Bad food in cafeteria
. Lot of emp friendly policies are removed.
. A HUGE gap in lateral hired employees salary and existing emp..
. No fair hikes/promotion

Advice to Senior Management – Please give fair salaries to existing and lateral hires... Good people are leaving because of this huge gap...

Pros – Easily go to singapore if you have skills like Unix Oracle and are in production support work
DELL brand name

Cons – They have only few visible clients like UBS,Experian from where they have 60% of revenue coming.
Struggling to get new projects and are no where in the application services as compared to other biggies like TCS,Cognizant
Hiring people without any plan and can throw them anytime if they couldnt manage to get projects so be very careful before joining here.No security.Do get fool by DELL name.DELL dont have any experience in IT consulting business.

Advice to Senior Management – Dont recruit people without any plan and spoil there future.

good campus
good and suitably priced food

Cons – nthing to offer
management hopeless
dont know how to treat new joinees
no use of the dell tag
dell legacy and dell services are differentiated by the senior management
