Cons
Supervisor with Anger Management issues.
Advice to Senior Management
Take a close look at the choices being made as to who will be let go and maybe take a close look at the people making those choices. Are they just A.. kissers or are they in fact productive and not just full of hot air....
Pros
opportunity to work in us
Cons
opportunity to work in us at cost of your health, family, mental trauma by managers & less salary.
Advice to Senior Management
Fire your account managers, especially indian account managers.

Pros
Sales salary plus commission or non-commissioned bonus
Remote work ability - flexibility
Necessary tools provided by company
At the time AirPass provided 1st Class flights (I understand this is gone since Dell took over)
Cons
Sales boondoggle trips for only selected individuals
Little chance for advancement
Bickering between horizontals
Sales & IS have adversarial relationships, yet reviews are deep and sales are dependent on them
Advice to Senior Management
Analyze the review cycles and realize the money wasted. Find a way to do this more efficiently.
Pros
Working from home and flexibility of my management have been some of the best features of the job.
Cons
Inter-department communication could be better.
Advice to Senior Management
Strive for better inter-departmental communication and collaboration. There is too much "throwing over the fence" between the groups.
Pros
Flexibility in hours, able to work from home, great benefits
Cons
Need more background screening when hiring managers
Advice to Senior Management
My experience at Perot Systems was wonderful. Employees are treated as they should be and recognized for their hard work and contributions.
Pros
Lack of mature Leaders, creating of a hostile work environment. Workers are told they have less days of PTO then they actually accrue. Management does not like to give emplyess time off and actually creates a hostile work environment by the badgering and underlying threats they use to control employee.
Cons
Hard working people dedicated to the Job and producing a good Job
Advice to Senior Management
Take a close look at the managers leading the telecoms Group. Review their lack of leadership, organization, ownership and willingness to think out side of the box. This group engages in intimidation and in appropriate language in order to direct their teams. This group is destined for a law suit.
Pros
Decent Pay with very high level of stress.
Cons
Senior management do not communicate with lower levels, make key decisions and then spring them on you. Perot Systems was quick to offshore jobs to India and lay off quickly. They was no loyalty to hard work and dedication.
Advice to Senior Management
Treat others with respect as you would want to be treated. Dictatorship should have died with Hitler.
Pros
Many opportunities for personal and professional growth. Educational opportunities if you are willing to put the time and effort in.
Cons
While I loved the job I had with Perot Systems, there was more job to love than there was of me.
Advice to Senior Management
Always maintain high standards and expectations of the associates, but provide the support systems and models to assist them in achieving the standard.
Pros
Great opportunities for advancement
Great Leaders
Cons
Compensation is below the average
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good work! Remember to keep your people informed of all big changes upcoming so we can be supportive rather than resistant.
