Pros
Good salary, benefits, good employees, and excellent growth potential. I was informed that (depending on the contract you were on) Perot provided their employees with free parking.
Cons
Overall, I do not have any complaints concerning QSS Group or Perot Systems. However, during the merging process, one manager that I know of should not have been employed with the company. He really did not fit into QSS Group or Perot System's standard of competence.

Pros
with no vacation or sick policy, you are treated like an adult. employees are very nice and bond well together. good work life balance.
Cons
managers of projects are not overly competent. senior leaders pay no attention to employee development. a terrible work experience. bailed after 18 months
Advice to Senior Management
engage employees, pay attention to business, increase standards when hiring. Employee development is critical.
Pros
Pay is good, plenty of parking, clean and modern facility. Lunchroom staff are friendly. A shuttle is available that connects to public transportation.
Cons
Positions are misrepresented. I was submitted as a QA automation tester working in Wellesley. After starting the assignment it suddenly turned into a manual tester working in Quincy, an additional 30 minutes each way. When myself and others mentioned their assignments were misrepresented, they were fired the same day.
Pros
Easily go to singapore if you have skills like Unix Oracle and are in production support work
DELL brand name
Cons
They have only few visible clients like UBS,Experian from where they have 60% of revenue coming.
Struggling to get new projects and are no where in the application services as compared to other biggies like TCS,Cognizant
Hiring people without any plan and can throw them anytime if they couldnt manage to get projects so be very careful before joining here.No security.Do get fool by DELL name.DELL dont have any experience in IT consulting business.
Advice to Senior Management
Dont recruit people without any plan and spoil there future.
Pros
Free culture a lot, and not much interference from top management in work . managed processed and no flexible structure and policies.

Advice to Senior Management
To make it better workplace just need to make some more process automatic.there are some processes that should be carried out effectly so that employees are not much involved in extra activities that should be done by admin.
