It is a good technical company

Module Lead (Current Employee) Pune (India)

ProsWorking at persistent gives an opportunity to learn well on a technical and a product development front. It is a good first company to have and for a person interested in making a strong technical career it would be suggested.

ConsWorking at persistent would be different from working in an actual product development team in the sense that it still is a service based working methodology.

Good place to work but no brand image

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsFlexibility in work style; freedom to think out of the box; energetic workplace; cutting-edge work; focused offerings and niche arena

ConsUnstructured and loosely-designed business strategy; fairly immature in global sales model; high rate of attrition and instability at the top

Advice to Senior ManagementThe firm needs to firm up its business model and invest in strategy not in people as much; brand image needs a huge boost-up

Very Good Company in terms of Employee Care

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsVery nice facilities provided at work. You dont need to fight for petty issues with manager or immediate supervisors.Technically sound colleagues from whom you can learn a lot

ConsTalks of the Top management discriminating based on caste. Recently a big-shot from Persistent who brought a lot of business left because he was not given the expected position because of a caste difference

Advice to Senior Managementpromote people based on their talent and abilities and not on any other physical favouritism.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
