    Good start

Software Engineer (Former Employee) Pune (India)

ProsSmall company, so good growth opportunities.

If you are in the local language group and good at your job then you have huge scope.

since the company is small they dont have a hold on lots of technology, based on project and technology you have
    great value.

Conslanguage and regional barrier for growth..
Not many big projects which can sustain big teams for longer term.
company few years ago started going service based, was entirely product based few years ago, not many big clients.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop being Maharashtra focused and open centers across country. And please make the culture more Indian than Marathi orientation

Software Engineer (Current Employee) Pune (India)

ProsGood training, HR process, employee fun activities. Great food, transport facilities. Very well managed organisation in terms of Admin. Clean and safe.

ConsNo career ambition growth. You won't stick to one profile here, meaning, if you want to be embedded, then this is not the company for you. You will be seen just as 'resources'.
