3. long term projects, they force you to stick to that project,finally results into no 360 degree career growth
4.noncompetitive salary as per market
Advice to Senior Management – new ideas are not followed by middle management(specially related to appraisal).

Old Employees sitting in middle management positions , without having knowledge of that position
