    Pros

    * Open door policy - everyone right from CEO is very accessible
    * Employee friendly
    * Humble management
    * Excellent culture - lot of efforts taken for extra-curricular activities and also getting family involved

    Cons

    * Better rewarding of employees
    * Appreciate and reward loyalty
    * Better communication needed at all levels
    * More power needed at lower levels - need to be manage some financials

    Advice to Management

    Excellent working with the company - grew with them from small to a big company - got excellent exposure.
    Need to improve more on rewarding loyalty and good employees.

    You don't stay on a bench beyond a week, online training service is nice initiative, great co-workers and talent pool.

    Pros

    Great clients, dedicated and experienced employees, fun work culture, great infrastructure.

    The growth curve is slightly slower and the management can do a better job of using their talent pool.

    Pros

    Good projects giving a working knowledge of technologies and project lifecycle
    Got a chance to work on various projects in different domains from scratch
    Good technical people around
    Importance given to work ethics and cultural values
    Stress given on work life balance. If you complete your work in time, manager has no issues if you come and leave early.

    Cons

    Management in few business units is very business oriented and revenue oriented and this gets reflected during appraisal talks etc.
    Sometimes required to work on weekends as a result of not so good project planning.

    Overall management is ok. Also came acorss managers who are very task and revenue oriented, please be people oriented too.

    * Pays average for a software engineer.
    * You get to learn new things.
    * Good training on new technologies.
    * Awesome food.
    * I met some really good people here.
    * you can get two years study leave for pursuing masters or mba.

    * Bad career growth.
    * It is good only if you want a secure job and don't want much progress in life.
    * Lot of politics at the higher level.
    * Quit it after two years.

    * You are loosing some worthy employees because of internal politics.

    Pros

    Very good company, nice culture. no issues, competitive pay structure.

    Cons

    1. Compulsory 24000 per year which is 2000 INR for Food - this is compulsory. even if you do not want to eat u are being paid it in CTC(Not in hand in the form of SODEXO or In cash adamant management not willing to change it..

    2. hike is less

    Pros

    nothing as such, hiring is completely fake no projects are there

    Cons

    no job security lack of projects no work culture highly inconsistent ,small projects ,Hr and resource managers are just a liability on the company, managers are highly incompetent

    please be reasonable in arguments
