    Strong Technical Skills . Great Atmosphere for team building and work. Even managers and project managers are technically sound hence they provide ample time to team for delivery. Great Contribution towards research and always one step ahead from the rest of the companies in terms of exploring technology.

    - Appraisals and performance rewards are a joke.
    - Not seriously interested in retaining good employees.
    - Lower salary as compared to other companies.

    - Earlier, company was filled with tech gurus. Try to retain those left.
    - Improve appraisal process and performance rewards (currently, not much difference in star performers and average performers).

    Good work life balance, No bossy seniors

    Cons

    Allocation to project is done without much consent of the employee regarding office location and residence distance, monetary compensation is less but comes with additional perks and benefits, low onsite opportunities

    Please solve inter BU allocation issues. Employee has to suffer eventually

    1.Free food (although now a days quality is becoming deteriorated)
    2. Good learning opportunities.
    3. Good trainings
    4. Flexi timings
    5. Free gym facility.
    6. Lot of Projects

    Cons

    1. Micromanagement by Managers . Which results in demotivating employees .
     2.Less onsite opportunities
    3. Too much pressure on employees.
    4. Demotivating environment in some of the BU's.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Stop micromanaging employees. Given them enough freedom to show their innovation and talent.
    2. Improve onsite opportunities
    3. Do some bit to motivate employees. There should be a balance of work and fun which will motivate employees and in turn increasing productivity of employees and profit of company.
