    Less pay. I have been working for this employer for almost 6+ years but I see lateral joinees at my level are getting paid much more than what i get

    health insurance is good
    medium sized consulting company

    Cons

    engineers not valued
    poor salaries
    non existent hr
    no training
    heroism. salesforce ppl will get more salary (still less than market) because salesforce resources are harder to get. on contrary, overall company % of salesforce revenue is not much. basically stupid management.
    no commuter benefits or 401k match

    1. Working environment is pretty good.
    2. No Formal dress code.
    3. Very good work life balance.
    4. You get access gym facility.
    5. Food quality is good .

    Cons

    1. Compensation you get for your efforts is less.
    2. Benefits are not that much .
    3. Salary hike is very less.
    4. On-site opportunities are less

    Pros

    Good Employee benefits.
    Management keep you updated with events happening in company.
    Training for onsite team members.
    Organizes get-together for employee and their family.

    Cons

    Low package. package are lower than Wipro, TCS etc,
    Few or limited Onsite Projects.
    Keep resource in bench for 15 days only. If they don't have project they will send resource to INDIA.
    HR department is worst at onsite. They will hardly reply the mail.
    Most of the project are support project.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management should bring more onsite project.
    Increase Salary and compensation so that it should be comparable to other desi company
