    Pros

Exposure to multiple domains and technologies in a short span. Great customer interaction opportunities to learn from many experts and to offer expertise in their surrounding areas. Appreciate the values provided by a consulting firm.

    Cons

Job requires a lot of travel and often doesn't end up in a deal thus leading to certain amount of dissatisfaction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider not tying performance of technology solutions roles with consulting billing but rather tie with customer feedback.
