I have been working at Personal Training Institute full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The staff is fantastic. The facilities are very clean. There is good flexibility with the schedule. Employees get free personal training and access to the staff nutritionist.

    Cons

Long hours at times. Shift availability during slower times. Business is like most in Tucson, seasonal with the summer's being much slower than the rest of the year.
