Details
Pros
Casual work environment. Considerable flexibility from management in some areas: days off, scheduling, internet usage, etc. Great benefit package.
Cons
Information is guarded by management and employees like it were precious stones; poor product training. Far too much "Old-World" thinking.
Advice to Senior Management
Meddling in day-today affairs from Owner and upper management results in mixed messages and unnecessary resistance to new initiatives. This ultimately resulting in embittered employees and issues with retention.
