    Pros

Great pay Wonderful Overtime possibilities Great fellow employees

    Cons

Horrible management Horrible hours Promotions based on if management likes you

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting based on if you like the person. Someone who is there less tgen 6 months in the customer service department should not be made into a supervisor.

    Pros

They hired me straight out of computer technical school, paid decently for that level of employment, and I moved up through the departments. Two promotions in 6 years.

    Cons

Your employment could depend on the weather, spring after a warm winter is a tense time. My department was cut in half and the people left were expected to pick up the slack.

    Pros

Good Pay, very flexible with hours.

    Cons

They will cut hours the moment they have a warm winter. You have to be a favorite of managment to get anything done for you. I was there for 5 months and no even knew my name. Once i found the "princess" of the company and she liked me everyone knew who i was.

    Advice to Management

Please treat people like people. Be human and understand that these people give you 12 or more hours of there lives everyday for you. You should be very happy and understand that it's the little things that make a company worth working for.

    Pros

Some of the lead management team are really great. Many have been there a long time, and really care about the people and the customers.

    Cons

Much of the leadership team is stuck in "this is the way we've always done it" and there is not a lot of room for innovation.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent. Walk the walk, and please stop the lip service.

    Pros

the pay was decent for a young employee

    Cons

managers were always asking me to work odd hours, in 1 week I would work 2 first shifts, 2 second shifts, and 2 third shifts without discuss with me changing my normal hours...this eventually became the norm

    Advice to Management
