Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) Plainview, NY

ProsGood Pay, very flexible with hours.

ConsThey will cut hours the moment they have a warm winter. You have to be a favorite of managment to get anything done for you. I was there for 5 months and no even knew my name. Once i found the "princess" of the company and she liked me everyone knew who i was.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease treat people like people. Be human and understand that these people give you 12 or more hours of there lives everyday for you. You should be very happy and understand that it's the little things that make a company worth working for.

Started out great, but with new management, did not end so well.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Stamford, CT

ProsSome of the lead management team are really great. Many have been there a long time, and really care about the people and the customers.

ConsMuch of the leadership team is stuck in "this is the way we've always done it" and there is not a lot of room for innovation.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more transparent. Walk the walk, and please stop the lip service.
