Pros
Excellent work environment overall, everyone here friendly, no one at work I don't like
Cons
Well, it is "petroskills" so there's definitely some cognitive dissonance about working here and eventually helping oil companies profit more
Advice to Senior Management
Nothing really, hardly ever see them
