Paris (France)

Current Employee – been working at Peugeot as an intern for less than a year

ProsVery nice working environment (working relationships).

ConsI think that synergy is missing.

Advice to Senior ManagementI might be wrong but I would propose the creation of a small department that will be responsible for the form of all documents. This takes quite a time and this is not an engineer's job at all in my opinion. An engineer could surely invest his time in much more profitable operations for the company.

Former Employee – worked at Peugeot

Prosesay enviroment for working, not much pressure, people are nice to work with, the timing for work is not very rigid.

Consthe salary is on the average level, not very exciting. People change too often in the department, do not have much advantage compare to other car manufactor.

Advice to Senior ManagementShould listen more to the employees for their indeed needs, not only salary; should leave more oppotunities for local employees, not only for french people.

Madrid (Spain)

Current Employee – been working at Peugeot

ProsAccess to huge amounts of relevant information from the automotive sector. The structure of the company covers all aspects (marketing, sales, after sales, insurance, financial, treasury, etc.) and this diversity makes it very easy to get precise information on whichever issue you may need.

ConsRigid structure. The employees are devided into cadres / etams with significant differences between them. The structure in vertical and the hierarchy is strictly observed. No boss would ever get directly in touch with an intern to ask for a particular information.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe company is too bureaucratic which makes it slow and inflexible. It acts in a very competitive sector where short-term reactions are vital to success. The mentality of most emplyees is that of the clerks in the public administration. There is little competitivity among the staff.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
