I worked at Peyton Resources Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – -Commission structure for Account Managers/Executives is decent once revenue is built
-Beer on Fridays... Sometimes
-Once you receive training you can find a better opportunity elsewhere
Cons – -Turn-over is extremely high; while I was there, out of 6 recruiters 4 were let go/replaced, out of 4 sales spots 5 people were let go/replaced, the Director of Operations was laid off and the receptionist left
-Overly aggressive and contradictory non-compete/non-disclosure
-President/Owner will hand off accounts and then later reduces commission when those accounts perform well (find your own accounts!!)
-Salary and commission structure for recruiters falls well below market rate
Advice to Senior Management – Hire a strong management team that works together mentoring and managing both recruiting and sales teams.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
