    Pros

Flexible work that allowed for work/life balance. Superb recognition program. Great team members who worked well together to achieve a common goal. Creativity and innovation were encouraged. The company really lived by their core values.

    Cons

Depending on size of territory, a lot of travel and nights away. That is a function of living in Canada, not a specific to Pfizer since most companies have the same requirement.

    Advice to Management

Management was always respectful and encouraging, allowing their sales representatives autonomy to carry out their business objectives. I always respected them in turn and have no advice.

Great company that cares about their employees. Lots of benefits and very competitive salary. The employees are valued. excellent training and great working atmosphere.

    Cons

Continuos downsizing and restructuring. Creates a lot of inestability and people cannot concentrate 100% in their jobs

    Advice to Management

Good people is left out of the company. The selection process for internal postings is not always based on knowledge or capacity but on "who you know".

    Pros

We are well paid and have the ability to have a good work life balance once we know the territory well.

    Cons

High level of documentation and administrative expectations that are largely "make-work" and tend to take employees away from more productive, results oriented, work. There is a continuous pressure to work many extra hours. Admin and travel is largely expected to occur during personal time which results in a less- than transparent atmosphere and lack of clear communication between management and sales. The same directors have surprisingly remained for many years, which has resulted in stale, old and closed ideas. Employees that like to challenge or step outside of the box are usually downsized. Promotions rarely happen at the sales level. Managers are brought in from outside.

    Pros

Lots of perks such as outings, gym, dry-cleaning and flexible hours.

    Cons

Some partners don't see the workload that our team has and occasionally would come with last minute requests.

    Pros

Good people, good working environment, good conditions. Attractive and competitive salary and benefits. People make the difference at this organization and are the reason the company has a positive reputation with its clients.

    Cons

'Do more with less theme' and forcing good people out of the organization further to ongoing restructuring is an ongoing challenge with this organization. Environment is challenging for current and future employees.
