It is a big company in where sometimes the 'left hand' doesn't know what the 'right hand' is doing.
Innovation and nimlbeness are not strong suits of Pfizer.

seemingly constant layoffs, poor communication, slow decision-making, long wait for resources at times, hesistant to adapt new ideas, lack of clarity in application of organizational strategy at the ground level.
Advice to Senior Management
Give colleagues a greater stake in the success of the organization. Be realistically optimistic and stay equally prepared for the possibility of success and failure.

You get a decent salary and a company car other than that it is nice to be solo in the field and have freedom however with pfizer watching your every move you really dont have freedom

Management, unstable, bad attitudes, no teamwork whatsoever, bad bad company and they layoff every 5 seconds dont even think to apply here you will waste your time

Start treating employees like people instead of robot slaves and when you buy out all these little companies and integrate employees in, actually try to make them feel welcome and feel excited about promoting your drug products.

If they're gonna lay you off, they will. It doesn't matter how hard you work

They are given the word that they must cut costs because Pfizer is in serious financial trouble. So one puppet thumps his chest and looks to lay people off below him. But soon enough, the whole campus will be closed. Its just a matter of time, nothing can change it.
