    I worked at PharMEDium Healthcare

    Pros

Salary was almost fair considering 24/7 on call responsibilities.
    Location
    Clean lunchroom

    Cons

Managers are totally dedicated to the whims and delusions of CEO.
    Self preservation is key .
Several issues regarding workplace OSHA standards.
    No future, merely a paycheck

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reality concerning employee relations and company reputation would be an option going forward.
Genuine regard for employees and their families would help manage turnover.

I have been working at PharMEDium Healthcare

    Pros

Paychecks do not bounce, that's about it.

    Cons

No room to grow, internal jobs are kept secret, company does not even have an Intranet or a water cooler, that should tell you right there! Word "bonus" is unheard of, even if you work 60+ hours a week on 40 hrs./wk. salary. Systems are archaic, no work life balance. Maybe a national leader according to the marketing department, in my book 50 years behind any other company I know.

    I worked at PharMEDium Healthcare

    Pros

Company has good cash management and is well funded.
    Recognition in the market place.
    Clean and modern work area..
Good job security if they like you and if your pay is below $14/hr
    Industry growth is excellent.
    Medical is recession proof.

    Cons

    Definitely no work life balance.
    Micromanagement by top management.
Revolving door managers. 8 managers have left 2010 - 2011..
    No education benefits provided.
    No vision benefits.
"Gone with the Wind" plantation atmosphere.
High pressure to deliver the financials the owner has dreamed about.
FDA and regulators are always watching the back of all pharmaceuticals.
Feel squeezed out of every body energy at end of the week.
Information sytem is the worst of its kind. Ths company has two systems not a single ERP system.
if employee travels - prepare for cheapest flights and accomodations.
Owner wants too much control from headoffice.
Motto: company makes money but who cares for the employee.
Prepare to account to the $1 level.
There is a camera every 10 ftin the office except the for the rest rooms.
Competition among production offices is intensive (financial results) with no regards to market
conditions. You are compared on the office you manage.

Lastly - Definitely no work life balance.
