    Pros

    Good benefits, Colleagues are very friendly, they help each other, fells like a family. Work is hard but manageable ,over all is a good experience.

    Cons

    Mostly your schedule change every week so you can not make arrangements ahead, and you work almost every weekend.

    give more opportunity to every employee.

    President is accessible, eg eats lunch with employees; hard work recognized and promoted; lots of work so you'll quickly build a good resume

    Cons

    High volume of work can cause burnout; located in the most awful town in Ontario; pay well below market average

    The job market for medical writers is expanding. Time to step up your pay to reduce turnover.

    It's a private lab that tests drugs for pharmaceutical companies
    You can learn a lot

    Unless your God, u better not step a toe out of line
    An be accurate 200% all the time , leaving on time is frowned apon.

    Cut your workers some slack, pay them we'll
    And you will have happier employees , and stop
    Over working them, stop being cheap.
