One of the worst jobs I've ever had.

Assistant Scientist (Former Employee) Middleton, WI

ProsSome of the coworkers there were the best coworkers around. Learned a lot of different skills. That's about it.

ConsManagement. They will promote just about anybody whether or not you are qualified. Overworked. Not enough employees for the amount of work they have. High stress job and you will get no help from your supervisor. No work life balance. Low pay. I quit as soon as another opportunity came to be.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange the leadership team.

    Associate Group Leader

Associate Group Leader (Current Employee) Middleton, WI

ProsGood place to work starting out. You get a lot of exposure to a lot of clients and techniques. If you do a good job you are quick to recieve a lot of autonomy

ConsA lot of staff gets burned out, but if you outperform in high stress/understaffed conditions, you will grow quickly and be given a lot of opportunity (if under a good manager).

Advice to Senior ManagementI think there is a lack of leadership fundamentals. A lot of meeting with no conclusion/ or an action plan that is set into motion.
