Other CROs are providing a better work environment

Project Manager (Former Employee) Wilmington, NC

ProsWide range of clients and regions to work with.

ConsTeam members are not put in positions to succeed. It is a sink or swim mentality and the company waits for failure and client complaints before addressing issues.
Directors are more concerned with putting their needs first before that of their teams and clients.
Decision making on resourcing is lacking rationale thinking.
Working with unreasonable (often rude) clients and their unobtainable expectations.

Advice to Senior ManagementSolicit feedback from team members performing the day to day work in order to receive a more accurate feedback on how over-resourced and pushed to the limit teams are. Put proactive measures in place to set teams up for success rather than having to react after failures have already occurred.

    Interesting projects but poor management

Senior Medical Director (Current Employee) Wilmington, NC

Prosthe friendly atmosphere, the colleagues' true good will and strong work, a great variety of projects. Company should go public again within 2 years.

Consincompetent executive management, not seeing reality, no equity and fairness in upper hire process and in HR missions overall, no real will to offer strong science, minimal package

Advice to Senior ManagementThe company needs more actions, control processes, and ethics especially in HR.
