    home-office, good working hours, good environment (colleagues), good managers

    there is not really much to say. It could be better paid but I'm satisfied!

    the people are friendly

    you will work endless hours. pay is low. benefits are a joke.

    There are no pros everything sucks

    Cons

    Everyone curses, no trust from management, alot of back stabbing. Not payed what your worth

    Advice to Management

    Cut back on the cursing and belittling of employees, and trust them to do their jobs

    Pros

    The work was fast paced, enjoyable and I learned a lot. The company consistently performed well and was always planning on further expansion. The knowledge of the leadership team was very strong and their vision of the future was dead on.

    Cons

    The hours were exceedingly long, and while there was no official policy on it, time away from work was looked upon with disdain and resentment. Effort and good work were rewarded with more work and sometimes ignored. The only compliments I had about my performance and my prospects moving forward were when I informed them I was leaving.

    Advice to Management

    Good people will always be good people, even if you let them take more than a 1/2 hour lunch and work less than 12 hours a day.

    they offer a very flexible schedule with two weeks vaccations after a year

    Cons

    they work on a very tight budget . Not benefit offer
    No 401K
    No career advancemenr. you will be working there for 50 years and still do the same thing.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to be more professional, company needs to be more organized.

    After working there for some two years, i realized that i am not learning anything. the ideal job consiste on conducting google search and cold calls. there is really no opportunities for advancement nor do they offer any benefit for after retirement.

    no workload, no pressure. enviornment is good

    Cons

    No expected salary hike. No appraisal on good work work in terms of monetory rewards.

    please give salary appraisal regularly and what the person deserves

    Pros

    Trust me there are no pros.

    Cons

    There are many demerits, just to mention a few.
    They make you work like hell. They do not value their employees. The seniors just enjoy their positions and insult their juniors in any and every manner. Pay scale is too low and the person is burdened with work. No appreciation no motivation, just work work and work.

    Advice to Management

    Try treating employees as human capital and not machines.
