    Pros

Company has great values. Family owned, and very involved in the community. Flexible hours, great cafeteria, and coffee shop inside the building. Creativity is encouraged and employees are recognized.

    Cons

It is a bit far from downtown, accessible through highways only.

I have been working at Pharmascience full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Growing dynamic company in a dynamic industry. - Good core values. - Opportunity to change roles and to learn.

    Cons

    - The guidance from supervisors and managers can bee sometimes unclear. - Work Life balance is not the same for every employee at the company.

    Advice to Management

    - They should work harder on having aligned the goals of each department with the goal and vision of the company itself.

I worked at Pharmascience full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

People, team spirit, flexible work hours, good school for junior candidates, good benefits, 35 hrs work week, summer hours, gym on site. For me it was a very good place to learn at the beginning of my career, I've been given responsibilities very quickly and encouraged to take initiatives.

    Cons

Salaries are lower than market average..15% below in my case. Upper management sometimes lacks vision & transparency. Not very stable environment: in recent years they did many reorganizations and many managers/directors have left the company (resigned). I had good managers there but the vision is not always clear and it seems the priorities are constantly shifting..Poor work-life balance in some departments.

    Advice to Management

Communicate clearly and be more transparent with your employees. Be more focused on how to help your employees to grow within the organization.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Good place to build experience. The sky is the limit in your career development if you are kissing the right people. Serious efforts are made to change corporative culture.Good gym and cafeteria.

    Cons

Gossip, silos, salary, workload, not walking the talk

    Advice to Management

Find a way to listen more often to the regular employee to eliminate the mid management tampon.
