    I worked at Pharmascience full-time

    Pros

Lots of social activities, great people, good benefits.

    Cons

High turnover, you either fit in or you don't. A bit of a cult atmosphere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees like people. If you want return on investment out of your employees, allow them to grow and support their continued educational pursuits. Get rid of some of your more "special" tenured managers.

    Disapproves of CEO

People are generally firendly and willing to help you.
Excellent if you are jsut beginning your career.

    Cons

I worked at Pharmascience as a contractor (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Location
Flexibility ( it's the minimum for the low salaries they pay compared to the amount of work you do)

    Cons

    Bad culture
Low salaries compared to the pharmaceutical market
Managment shows no respect or consideration for their employees
Many employees are on a contract ( you can stay like that for years) and if they want to renew the contrat they'll do it in the last week if not in the last day of the end of your contract ( no respect)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-Be more aware of what's going on on you compagny
-It' will be a good idea to ask the employees to evaluate their supervisor:
a lot of insatisfaction is there and a lot of incompetent persons are giving supervisor position they dont deserve.
-Improve what's is going on in the HR department : no help ,no confidentiality
-Please dont be so cheap , change the PC screens for all the employees for flat ones we are in 2012!!! The bad screens are the main reason why employees have headaches and wear glasses.
