    Pros

Fantastic industry, large volume of high caliber people, great facility, adequate compensation

    Cons

Limited development structure, long hours, very political senior management personnel

    Advice to Management

Training and investment in all of your staff would be a huge step in the right direction. Furthermore, self evaluation at the highest levels as the political atmosphere breeds mistrust and forces people into camps instead of a healthy culture.

I worked at Philadelphia Eagles part-time

    Pros

I made some of the best friends while working for the organization; it's easy to make lifelong friendships.

    Cons

Management needs to get it together and treat employees equally while respecting senior staff members' opinions and experience.

    Pros

Great place to learn about different facets of the sports business ranging from corporate sales to marketing to planning events. Opportunities to work on high profile projects are always available. There are some great people who work there

    Cons

There is a high turnover rate and a lot of people come and go. Very long hours and not as well paying as one would think.

    Pros

Great place to work. Best coworkers and managers anyone could ask for. You get to meet the players and, you'll get to know the history of the team. Easiest money I've ever made in my life.

    Cons

You make VERY little money. Plus, there is NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. I repeat, if you think you are going to work here so you can move up the ranks, think again. It will NOT happen. Plenty of people have worked here for 5+ years and still have yet to advance.

    Advice to Management

Since there is no room for advancement and very little money to be made, you have a high turnover rate. One of the above cons needs to be changed in order to retain top talent. I'm sure you guys can find the money. Especially since every department is budget coding thousands of dollars of merchandise per month.

    Pros

Great opportunity for young people who want to get a start in the sports world
    Co-workers are helpful, gracious
    Very fun experience

    Cons

There seems to be a revolving door of employees, which is kind of disheartening
Felt as if there was a lack of competence, at times
