    Pros

Great working environment, very collaborative and innovative! All ideas are considered to be good ideas and management is always glad to run that extra mile to make student life more interesting!!

    Cons

Salaries are average, because this University is private and they don`t want to put extra burden on students shoulders. Grad Assistantships are not covering living expenses of the grad students, which is a con comparing to other Universities!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! However, maybe consider to pay more attention to the sustainability core of the University - as it has a big potential to grow and attract many more students!

    Pros

Each of its programs emphasizes sustainable practice, collaboration and innovation. Sustainability is the key to the future of our environment. PhilaU is committed to ensuring that its graduates become-and remain-stewards of the natural and built environments.

    Cons

It's a small campus, therefore doesn't offer much in terms of employment opportunities.

    Pros

Great people, nice buildings and campus

    Cons

The salaries are so low, you can't have a good quality of life; this leads to low morale, depression, etc. You are surrounded by million-dollar buildings but can't afford a car, good housing, etc. It makes life difficult; if you work there you will be living paycheck to paycheck

    Advice to Management

Value your employees..the good ones will leave, and current ones will grow despondent
