I worked at Philip Morris International full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Salaire, flexibility, Cadre et environnement de travail

    Cons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

It's a good place for you to learn, being with the company for 5 years I was able to hone not just my skills in marketing but I was exposed to other departments sales, finance, operations etc. making me a well rounded individual. With the company's direction into going commercial, there are boundless opportunities for you to grow and not just within your field but in other aspects of the business.

    Cons

The tobacco industry as a whole is a very restricted market. If you are in marketing there are a lot of things you cannot do depending on where you're based specially if you're in marketing. Though it is restricted, it doesn't prevent you to from further growing and widening your knowledge on the different aspects of marketing.
