    Pros

Great people, overall strong work ethic, wonderful intern program, continuous challenges and changing environment

    Cons

Organizational structure is often somewhat inconsistent, managers often not on the same "page"

    Advice to Management

Remain consistent within different units/districts, etc.

    Pros

Great team atmosphere. There is a real culture of sharing among teammates and others in the company. Managment is very involved in your development - however, it can sometimes be too much.

    Cons

It can be very difficult to stop working. The company demands a lot from its employees, and there is always work that can be done, as with any job where you work from home. It seems like upper managment isn't very clued in to what is going on in the field. It can be very difficult to manage and motivate people to execute your personal intiatives when there is already so much on their plates.

    Advice to Management

    Don't forget the little people.

    Pros

Great Money. Unless you are working for the oil industry, you can't do much better than this. As an intern I made $23/hr before my senior year of school. The name on your resume also speaks volumes, as it is very tough to get hired here.

    Cons

Stiff corporate culture and good ole boy network. I hear they have relaxed the dress code, but when I was there it was still suits and ties every day, which gets old very quickly.

    Advice to Management

Not much. They do a great job communicating.

    Pros

Best benefits of any company, Management is easy to approach, Lots of vacation, 3 Weeks for Entry Level Employees, Great Plan for Advancement

    Cons

Lots of things going on at one time, A Ton of Initiatives Always Being Worked On, Expectations are Extremely High

    Advice to Management

Continue to do what you're doing, but understand that not all priorities can be completed in all time frames provided.

I worked at Philip Morris USA full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Excellent training Promotional opportunities with determination, dedication and hard work Top salary and great benefits Personally, I started out as a sales representative and was promoted 7 different times. I moved to 5 different states with my final destination being at corporate headquarters in marketing. When I was hired, very few women were in management positions with even fewer women willing to relocate their family. Times have changed and opportunity is up to the individual's passion and hard work. Raises are mainly based on merit and PM has a great 401K.

    Cons

Corporate politics - you do work for a large corporation! Work / Life balance can get wacky if you let it

    Advice to Management

Expand a mentor program to more employees within sales
