    Pros

You'll be able to get a lot of experience & exposure as the company is currently in a period of growth.

Great benefits. Includes Free airline tickets, discounter Other airline tickets, medical benefits, paid vacation and sick leaves etc

    Cons

I suggest that they review the salary brackets. Some are enjoying better pay but the amount of work is somewhat lighter compared to those receiving lower salary.

    Pros

Aside from free medical benefits for you and your dependents, you will enjoy free travel anytime of the year to any destination. Be it domestic, regional or international as long as it is served by PAL.

    Cons

PAL is planning to outsource its workforce. We don't know when.

    Advice to Management

provide security of tenure to your employees who sacrificed their whole life serving your company

    Pros

Aside from flying free, PAL provides the best medical benefits to its employees. This could be the reason why some employees who could not perform well due to physical disabilities opt to stay with PAL instead of retiring early.

    Cons

Like in any other service companies, you could not argue with a dissatisfied customer who experienced a negative situation that is beyond our control.

    Advice to Management

Choose the best people among the ranks when there are vacancies. Seniority should not have the highest percentage in qualification.
