    Pros

We are enjoying top-rated compensation and benefits! Not only in terms of financial remunerations (almost monthly bonuses), we also have the BEST MEDICAL Benefits!

    Cons

Just like in any large company (employees employed are around 9K), there is politics within. Though it is basically in the senior/higher management level, there are instances that those below the organizational level (Rank & File/Supervisory level) are affected.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great task of taking care of your employees! Though, may you be able to retain the best employees especially when you're offering your Manpower Reduction Program!
Thank you so much for the wonderful years that i've spent with our Company!

    Pros

'Prestige' working for the biggest telco company in the Philippines
Great benefits - full medical coverage, salary increases every year, gives a hefty amount of bonuses
Provides extra-curricular activities like MVP Olympics for the employees, basketball tournaments and other special interests clubs
Work is highly-challenging, varied (so you get to experience a lot)
Working environment - you have all the tools to help you do your job well, includes travel (with allowances), co-employees in my department are within my age range (23-30) but mostly some divisions have older employees (45 and above)
Some departments offer flexi time arrangements (for marketing divisions like in mine)

    Cons

Heavy office politics may sometimes stunt the growth of employees
Sometimes, you might need to work overtime (without pay) just to finish all tasks
As most employees are nearing the senior age, some of them work slower and overly bureaucratic than their younger counterparts--slowing down the work process at times

    Advice to Management

Get more younger employees to replace the aging employee population and have more activities to keep the young ones interested in the company. Sometimes, bad management (in mid-level) causes them to quit early and move to the competition, when they could have stayed on and replace the bad mid-level managers.
