ProsA premier Telephone Company, no 1 in our country.
Supports our National Team, a sort of a pride being an employee.
Educational Grants for our kids.
Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Employees are knowledgeable and product updated through seminars and trainings.
Supports and encourages sharing yours to others in visiting orphange, aged institutions and poorest barangay by giving to others during christmas and helps needy from storm and flood infliction.
Encourages Tree Planting.
Importance of corporate governance.

ConsOlds were force to resign, however given a good separation pay based on length of service and level functions.
Two years medical benefits extension for retirees is sort of a short term, maybe 5 yrs.

Advice to Senior ManagementFree brand new car for retirees, cost will based on job grades, supervisory, management and executive levels.
