Pros – Large company with all of the usual benefits. Good product line to work with. Good training and documentation. Overall a nice place to work.

Cons – Instability. Never know when initiatives will change and jobs removed. Though there is a good separation package for reductions. Management communication could be better.

Advice to Senior Management – Improve communication with your employees. Let them know of changes, and what is needed. Very little communication other than assignments.

Cons – Promotions are difficult. It takes a while to move up.

Advice to Senior Management – Promote good employees, even if the person above them is not ready to be promoted.
