I worked at Phillips Plastics
Pros – Good place for someone looking for easy work
Good people to work with
Cons – PST's can be a pain in the neck
PST's choose "favorites" that never get yelled at
Some team leaders are mean and will get at you with anything
Advice to Senior Management – Choose or pay better attention to PST behavior.
